민원 서류 발급 대행 플랫폼 '배달의 민원'을 운영하는 한국통합민원센터가 초·중·고등학교 졸업학력 검정고시(이하 검정고시) 원서 접수에 필요한 서류를 온라인으로 발급받는 원스톱 서비스를 제공한다고 11일 발표했다. 한국통합민원센터에 따르면 수험생이 '배달의 민원' 홈페이지에서 필요한 서류를 선택해 신청하면 언제 어디서든 바로 출력할 수 있는 PDF 파일을 받아볼 수 있다. 

오는 4월 11일 열리는 검정고시는 이달 각 교육청 홈페이지에서 공고와 함께 접수를 시작한다. 한국통합민원센터 관계자는 "수험생 개인의 학력에 따라 제출서류가 다른 만큼 시험 접수에 필요한 서류를 꼼꼼하게 준비해야 한다"고 강조했다. ▲중·고등학교 재학 중 중퇴자는 제적증명서 ▲초등학교 및 중학교 의무교육 대상자 중 정원외 관리대상자는 정원외 관리증명서 ▲초등학교 및 중학교 의무교육 대상자 중 면제자는 면제증명서 ▲3년제 고등공민학교, 중·고등학교에 준하는 각종학교와 직업훈련원의 졸업(수료,예정)자는 졸업(졸업 예정, 수료) 증명서 등을 내야 한다. 

해외 귀국자의 경우 학력을 인정을 받기 위해 외국에서 발급한 원본 서류(영문을 제외한 기타 외국어로 된 일체의 서류)를 한글로 번역·공증을 거쳐 제출해야 한다. 교육부 홈페이지에서 확인되지 않는 학교일 경우 해당 서류를 아포스티유 또는 영사관 공증 절차를 거친 후 제출해야 한다. 특히 아포스티유 비협약 국가 귀국자는 재외공관공증법 제30조에 의거 재외공관(해당국 주재 한국 대사관 또는 영사관)에서 발행한 경우 증명을 받은 원본을 제출해야 한다. 이 서류 역시 번역 및 공증, 아포스티유·영사확인이 필요하다.

This document also needs translation and notarization, confirmation of apostille and consulate.
